About the Role
Join Monash Health on an ongoing full-time basis as a Rotational Pharmacist and contribute to safe, high-quality, patient-centred pharmacy services across Victoria’s largest public health service. You’ll rotate through clinical and operational areas, working across multiple Monash Health sites and gaining experience in diverse practice settings.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills, contribute to research and education, and be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
You’ll be supported by experienced team leaders and colleagues, with opportunities to contribute to quality improvement, mentoring, and multidisciplinary care.
What Your Day Might Look Like
- Deliver clinical and operational pharmacy services across Monash Health
- Provide medication education and advice to patients and healthcare professionals
- Participate in research, education, and quality improvement initiatives
- Rotate through various pharmacy service areas and Monash Health sites
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to optimise patient outcomes
- Contribute to mentoring and training of interns and students

About You
You’re a motivated pharmacist with a passion for patient care and professional growth. You thrive in collaborative environments and are ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in interprofessional teams
- A commitment to education, research, and continuous improvement
- Previous hospital experience and postgraduate qualifications are desirable
