About the Role 
Join our Operations team to manage Junior Doctor rosters and leave planning, ensuring compliance with Enterprise Agreements. You will coordinate leave, manage backfill coverage, and ensure our Junior Doctors are properly credentialed. Additionally, you'll assist with payroll and roster queries, maintain communication with out doctors and clinical stakeholders, and provide operational reports to support decision-making. 

You will work closely with the Senior Coordinator and Manager to uphold Monash Health’s values and positive leadership behaviours. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roster Management: Coordinate Junior Doctor rosters, ensuring compliance with Monash Health policies. 

  • Leave & Cover Coordination: Plan and manage leave, including backfill coverage. 

  • Credentialing: Ensure JMS credentialing meets Monash Health standards. 

  • Operational Reporting: Provide accurate reports to assist operational decisions. 

 

About You 
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Experience with Medical Industrial Awards and Enterprise Agreements 

  • Knowledge of healthcare legislative and regulatory requirements 

  • Familiarity with medical workforce issues in a large tertiary hospital 

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment systems
