About the Role

Join Monash Health’s dynamic Monash Doctors Workforce team, supporting the employment lifecycle of junior and senior medical staff. In this pivotal operations role, you’ll coordinate rosters, rotations, and leave planning for Junior Medical Staff (JMS), ensuring compliance with enterprise agreements and credentialing standards. You’ll be the go-to contact for JMS HR queries, manage timecard processing, and support seamless onboarding and workforce planning across Monash Health.

As you’ll be playing a vital role in supporting our doctors, candidates must demonstrate a high degree of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage JMS rosters and ensure compliance with Monash Health policies and the Doctors in Training Enterprise Agreement. 
  • Coordinate leave planning and backfill cover for emergent JMS leave. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for JMS on HR-related queries. 
  • Responsible for promptly actioning general inquiries and ensuring efficient resolution of day-to-day operational matters 
  • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to provide operational support and manage annual allocation plans.
