What You’ll Be Part Of 

 

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders at Monash Children's Hospital. This full-time, permanent role supports the Operations Manager | Inpatient Units - Children’s Program, Operations Manager Ambulatory Children’s and Director of Allied Health Children's Program.

 Working closely with executive leaders, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, manage complex diaries, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate meetings, and support effective communication across the MCH site. This is a key role contributing to the smooth, efficient and patient-centred delivery of services.

 

Your Key Focus Areas

 

  • Executive diary and meeting management
  • Preparing reports, presentations and executive documentation
  • Drafting communications and coordinating responses
  • Office administration, data management and project support
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participation in Zone Warden roster 

 

What Sets You Apart

You are a proactive and highly organised PA with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your Experience & Strengths

  • Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (M365) capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Healthcare experience and knowledge of hospital systems (UKG, Oracle, BEIMS, Riskman, E-Hub) is desirable but not essential
