About the Department / Program
The purpose of the Facilities & Engineering team is to ensure our buildings and infrastructure/assets are maintained to the highest of standards
About the Role
Join our team as a Painter full time to work at Monash based at Clayton. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the Facilities Manager and working with the broader Facilities/Engineering team.

Complete maintenance and service requirements within the allocated time frame, budget and specified quality standards.

Perform all types of general repair and installation tasks as directed subject to the skills and abilities of the employee

This position may entail performing duties of a similar nature at other Monash Health Sites.

Indicative attendance 7.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday. One Accrued Day Off per month.

To be successful in this healthcare role, you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience, and attributes:

Competency in a similar painting role

Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills

Computer usage skills
-
Ability to prioritise work and adapt to fluctuating workloads

Experience using CMMS
Mandatory requirements of the role:

Trade Qualified Painter

Motor Car drivers licence
