Parking Systems Coordinator


Join Monash Health and help deliver an exceptional parking experience for our patients, visitors, staff and stakeholders.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Parking Systems Coordinator to support the effective operation of Monash Health's parking services. This role plays a key part in coordinating customer enquiries, managing parking system administration, supporting operational activities, and contributing to service improvements across our parking network.

Working closely with the Client Services Manager and Car Parking Operations Lead, you will liaise with staff, patients, contractors and service providers to ensure parking systems operate efficiently and customer issues are resolved effectively.

 

About You

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in administration, system coordination or service delivery roles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve operational issues
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience working with contractors, service providers and internal stakeholders
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate parking enquiries, access requests and user account administration
  • Support parking system operations and contractor management activities
  • Monitor and resolve system and operational issues
  • Provide operational reporting and stakeholder communications
  • Contribute to parking improvement projects, system enhancements and service initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience and service delivery
