Located at Monash Medical Centre in Clayton, Jessie McPherson Private Hospital operates as a distinct private hospital within the Monash Health network, with the benefit of close connection to the capability, infrastructure and multidisciplinary expertise of a major tertiary health service.
We also operate Monash Heart Private at the Victorian Heart Hospital, providing private cardiac care within Australia's first dedicated cardiac hospital.

About the Role
The Patient Relationship Officer role operates within a range of competencies and skills that are required to ensure the effective and smooth management of admissions, discharges and transfers across the hospital. This is a permanent full-time or part-time position, working across multiple locations. You’ll be welcomed into a positive and supportive environment, passionate about delivering care to a diverse and growing local community. You’ll also enjoy working in brand new facilities in a dedicated heart hospital.
The Victorian Heart Hospital will be Australia’s first dedicated heart hospital.
Key duties and responsibilities:

Provide friendly, courteous & professional greetings and support to all visitors

Reception meet and greet

Admitting and discharging patients

Great customer service is essential for this role.

Working on a rotational roster
About You
