About the Role
We have a fixed term full-time Payroll Officer position available, presenting an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for payroll.
The role involves:
- All aspects related to the administration and processing of employee salaries.
- Payroll reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll-related matters.
- Resolving pay related queries.
- Ensuring compliance with EBAs, policy and legislative requirements.
About You
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- SAP / SuccessFactors experience.
- Demonstrated experience administering a payroll of a medium size organisation.
- Excellent attention to detail including numerical problem-solving.
- Extremely reliable and able to prioritise and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills are also essential, as the payroll officer will frequently interact with employees to resolve payroll-related queries.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to the smooth operation of an organisation's financial processes.
