Join Our Monash Health People & Culture Team
At Monash Health, our People & Culture (P&C) Business Partnership team is here to support the organisation with practical, prompt advice across various people issues to achieve best practice people management outcomes. We are currently looking for experienced HR professionals to join our committed and collaborative team on either a Full or Part Time, ongoing basis.
About the Role
In this role, you will leverage your people expertise to assist senior managers with various people-related challenges. You will be collaborating across a specific group of stakeholders and will be responsible for:

Advising on a range of HR issues, including industrial and employee relations matters within your stakeholder group.

Guiding return-to-work and fitness-to-work processes for employees with non-work related injuries.

Conducting workplace investigations, including coordinating activities, preparing documentation and ensuring procedural fairness.

Supporting your stakeholders with performance management and conflict resolution processes
-
Advising on organisational change management processes and activities.
-
Participating in the rollout of HR projects and initiatives.

Providing support and advice to stakeholder groups in dispute resolution and engagement with employee representatives, including unions.
This role is predominantly based onsite (minimum 3 days a week) and requires reasonable travel between various Monash Health sites across the South Eastern suburbs
About You/ What We’re Looking For
You are naturally curious and comfortable asking questions to clarify your understanding, becoming a trusted advisor and coach to your stakeholders.
In addition to this:

You are driven by building strong relationships and trust among your stakeholders.

You have a proven history in an HR partnership role, preferably within a large, complex organisation, and you thrive on working across a diverse portfolio.

You hold a degree in Human Resource Management or a related business field and have experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You enjoy helping people and are enthusiastic about working in HR.

You enjoy participating in consultative processes as a subject matter expert for the organisation
Desired Experience:
-
Comprehensive expertise and proficiency in a P&C Business Partner role.
-
High level of proficiency and confidence with performance management, workplace investigations, and grievance handling processes.
-
Knowledge of IR/ER legislation, with experience advising senior managers and employees on HR matters.
-
Ability to analyse data to provide effective solutions that meet business needs.
-
Strong relationship-building skills and experience collaborating with key stakeholders.
-
Proficiency with MS365 tools and HR/business systems.
