About the Service
The Community and Care in the Home Directorate delivers integrated, patient-centred services across inpatient, community and home-based settings.
From Hospital in the Home to Community Rehabilitation, CART, Residential In-Reach, and specialist clinics—this service is all about keeping people well, independent, and supported in their communities.
We also work closely with vulnerable populations through programs such as Refugee Health, Youth & Family Services, SECASA, and Public Health initiatives.
About the role
We’re looking for a high-performing Personal Assistant to support 2 of the Operations Managers within Community & Care in the Home.
This isn’t just a diary management role—it’s about being a trusted right-hand, keeping things moving, anticipating needs, and ensuring operations run smoothly.
You’ll be at the centre of activity—coordinating priorities, managing communications, and supporting executive-level decision making across the site.
This is a part-time ongoing role (24 hours per week, 3 days per week), offering flexibility to support school hours and work–life balance.
What will you be doing?
- Managing complex executive diaries and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-ups
- Preparing reports, presentations and key documents
- Drafting communications and managing correspondence
- Supporting projects, data management and administration
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participating in the Zone Warden roster

- Experienced supporting senior leaders as a Personal or Executive Assistant?
- Confident managing complex diaries and competing priorities?
- Able to prepare professional documents, reports or board-level presentations?
- Comfortable taking minutes and coordinating meetings end-to-end?
- Thriving when working in a fast-paced environment?
- A key team player? And able to work autonomously?

You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven PA/EA experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (M365) capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Bonus points if you have healthcare experience or exposure to systems like UKG, Oracle, BEIMS, Riskman or E-Hub—but this isn’t essential.
