About the Role:
Join our team as a Physiotherapist Grade 2 - Aged & Community Care on a full-time ongoing basis, based across multiple Monash Health locations.
You will be responsible for working within the Aged and Community Care program to provide best practice clinical practice across a variety of specialisms and client conditions including (but not limited to): gerontology, orthopaedic, neurological, pain management and cardiorespiratory. You will deliver individual and group physiotherapy services within a community centre, client’s home environment or group settings. Working with a diverse range of clients offers great variety- no two days will be the same!
This role comes with opportunities to learn, grow and expand your knowledge within an experienced, supportive team. You will also have access to in-house professional development, and regular 1:1 support from a Grade 3 Physiotherapist.
About Us:
The Aged and Community Care (ACC) Program within Monash Health Community consist of a multi-disciplinary team providing an interdisciplinary service to support older people within their own environment. The program aims to keep the client independent within their community by proactively promoting health, independence, and self-management. Our team of highly experienced Physiotherapists work to provide timely, person-centred interventions to improve quality of life and prevent deterioration of health.
About You:
To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

- You are an experienced Grade 2 who is looking at a new opportunity or an experienced Grade 1 ready to take the next step in your career

- You are excited to be involved in quality improvement projects in our relentless pursuit of excellence
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification)
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – Physiotherapy Board of Australia (practicing, no restrictions)
- Current Driver’s License
