The Aged and Community Care (ACC) Program at Monash Health is a vibrant, multi-disciplinary team focused on providing holistic care to older individuals. Our mission is to support independence, promote health, and help our clients live confidently in their own homes and communities. About the Role: 

This is your chance to be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to improving the quality of life for older individuals in our community. As a Physiotherapist Grade 2, you'll work across multiple Monash Health locations, providing exceptional clinical care to clients with diverse conditions, including gerontology, orthopaedic, neurological, pain management, and cardiorespiratory needs. 

 

You’ll deliver individual and group physiotherapy in various settings, from community centres to clients' homes. Every day brings something new and exciting - no two days are the same! From hands-on clinical practice to making a direct impact on patient care, this role offers endless variety and the chance to grow within a supportive, experienced team.

About You: 

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring the following: 

  • A passion for physiotherapy and delivering evidence-based, person-centred care 
  • The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • A desire to take the next step in your career - whether you’re an experienced Grade 2 or a Grade 1 ready to grow! 
  • A team-oriented, proactive attitude and a compassionate approach to client care 

 

Mandatory Requirements: 

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification) 
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – Physiotherapy Board of Australia (practicing, no restrictions)
  • Current Driver’s License
