About the Role:

Join our team as a Physiotherapist Grade 2 – Pelvic Health on a part-time ongoing (0.60 EFT / 45.6 hours per fortnight) basis.

You will be responsible for working within the physiotherapy department to provide best practice patient care to patients in the Pelvic Health stream. 

 

This role involves an independent caseload of acute outpatient pelvic health physiotherapy patients including perinatal pelvic floor dysfunction, pre and post prostatectomy men’s health patients and acute pelvic pain and post gynaecological surgery referrals. You will train, supervise and cover the rotational Grade 1 working on the maternity ward managing inpatient referrals. You will be well supported by a large, dynamic and progressive team which includes Grade 4 Pelvic Health Stream Leader, Grade 3 Senior Clinicians and the site Physiotherapy Manager.  This position may be based at Dandenong, Casey, Clayton and/or Moorabbin, however travel to and work at any of the Monash Health sites will be required.

Mandatory requirements of the role:

  • Specialist clinical knowledge in Pelvic Health / Women’s Health physiotherapy  
  • Relevant Physiotherapy qualification  
  • Current unconditional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
