About the Role:
Join our team as a Physiotherapist Grade 2 on a full-time ongoing basis, based at the Monash Health - Kingston Centre.
A fantastic opportunity for new or experienced Grade 2 Physiotherapist. You will be responsible for the provision of physiotherapy clinical services in the Sub Acute Inpatient setting. The caseload is varied, across all wards, with rehabilitation and GEM including neurosciences, amputees and orthopaedic diagnoses.
You will provide positive leadership to support the multi-disciplinary teams and the broader Monash Health Physiotherapy team. Being supported by a large, progressive and dynamic Physiotherapy department.
Being responsible for the supervision of Grade 1 Physiotherapists, as well as providing support to Allied Health Assistants and Physiotherapy students. There are opportunities to contribute to broader Allied Health leadership and ward governance. Contributing to leadership within the Physiotherapy department, with opportunities for different portfolios, and will work closely with the operational Physiotherapy Manager regarding service development and innovations.
While this role is primarily based at the Kingston Centre, applicants may be required to work at any Monash Health site, with planned regular weekend work.

- Recent clinical experience with GEM and Rehabilitation patients
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to best practice care
- Ambition to grow your clinical skills and expand your knowledge
- Your proactive and team player attitude
- Your strong communication and interpersonal skills
Mandatory requirements of the role:
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience in the subacute rehabilitation setting
