About the Role:
We’re thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Grade 3 Physiotherapist to join our Subacute Physiotherapy team on a full-time, fixed-term basis until November 2026. You’ll work across both the Kingston Centre (Heatherton) and Cranbourne, as part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

In this role, you’ll play a key part within the Monash at Home (ARC) service, taking the lead in delivering best-practice patient care, driving operational excellence, and strengthening partnerships within and beyond Monash Health. Your expertise in Rehabilitation and Gerontology Physiotherapy will be central to achieving outstanding patient outcomes.
You will also:
- Be actively involved in teaching, mentoring, and providing high-quality clinical supervision to students, Grade 1 and Grade 2 Physiotherapists, and Allied Health Assistants
- Manage a clinical caseload, delivering advanced physiotherapy assessment, intervention, and coordination of services with a person-centred approach
- Lead and support a team of Grade 2 and Grade 1 Physiotherapists within Monash at Home (ARC), fostering high standards of practice and teamwork
- Leading, planning, development, quality and evaluation of evidence-based Physiotherapy services to patients admitted within the service
- Ensuring that Physiotherapy practice is evidence based by partaking in ongoing research, projects, committees, and steering groups and by promoting a collaborative inter-professional approach

About Us:
Monash at Home - Aged and Rehabilitation Care (ARC) is a dynamic service that delivers care to patients within their own home. The team consists of Medical, Nursing, Allied Health, Pharmacy, Psychology and Administration staff. We provide an alternative to inpatient care, providing safe and high quality home based services for individuals with complex medical, functional and cognitive issues, who require comprehensive, medically led multidisciplinary assessment and intervention within the comfort of their own home. We are a 40 bed services that covers the Monash Health catchment. Operating out of two sites, Kingston Centre (Heatherton) and Cranbourne, and staff are required to work flexibly across both sites to meet patient needs.
Patients within the service receive daily nursing visits. Medical, allied health, neuropsychology, and pharmacy teams also provide face-to-face or Telehealth consultations, depending on individual needs. In addition, patients have access to 24-hour telephone support.
Our service is dedicated to delivering short-term, high-quality, and compassionate care that’s safe, effective, and centred around each patient’s needs within the primary Monash Health catchment.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated recent experience as a Physiotherapist with at least 5-7 years of clinical experience
