About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Lead to manage the reporting framework for a major ERP systems implementation. You will oversee the development and distribution of high-quality internal and external reports, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within scope. With a passion for reporting and process improvement, you’ll lead a small team to success while collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leverage SaaS system expertise to lead the design and development of new reporting. 

  • Lead a small team, collaborating with developers, analysts, and project managers. 

  • Manage all reporting needs, replicating current reports and creating new ones. 

  • Provide expert advice to align reporting with business requirements. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and deliver effective solutions. 

  • Design, develop, and test all reports, supporting phases like User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 

  • Manage work plans, set milestones, and allocate resources with the technical team. 

  • Track reporting tasks, resolve issues, and escalate risks that impact timelines. 

  • Contribute to strategic planning and reporting development within the project. 

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress effectively. 

  • Monitor program performance and risks, ensuring stakeholder commitment to outcomes. 

  • Prepare performance updates for the Project Director. 

 

About You: 

  • Proven experience in leading reporting initiatives within ERP implementations. 

  • Strong functional knowledge of SaaS systems and report development. 

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration. 

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
