About Us
- Psychology and Specialist Services (PsySS) oversees professional governance for all psychologists across Monash Health.
- We lead supervision, workforce development, the Psychology Registrar Program, and postgraduate student placements.
- Psychologists within the Aged Care, Rehabilitation, and Specialist Services work in clinical areas including inpatient rehabiliations, memory and pain clinics, community rehabiliation and older adult mental health.
About the Role
- 0.5EFT, 19 hours per week
- Lead professional governance for psychologists in Aged Care, Rehabilitation, and Specialist Services.
- Ensure delivery of safe, ethical, and evidence-based psychological services.
- Support workforce capability through supervision, education, and performance development.
- Collaborate with operational leaders.
- Contribute to service development and policy.
About You
- Registered Psychologist with AHPRA and endorsed in Clinical Neuropsychology.
- Board-approved supervisor for Registrar and Higher Degree supervision.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience with demonstrated leadership and governance capabilities.
- Skilled in consultation, conflict resolution, and influencing across diverse teams.
