About Us

  • Psychology and Specialist Services (PsySS) oversees professional governance for all psychologists across Monash Health.
  • We lead supervision, workforce development, the Psychology Registrar Program, and postgraduate student placements.
  • Psychologists within the Aged Care, Rehabilitation, and Specialist Services work in clinical areas including inpatient rehabiliations, memory and pain clinics, community rehabiliation and older adult mental health.

 

About the Role

  • 0.5EFT, 19 hours per week
  • Lead professional governance for psychologists in Aged Care, Rehabilitation, and Specialist Services.
  • Ensure delivery of safe, ethical, and evidence-based psychological services.
  • Support workforce capability through supervision, education, and performance development.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders.
  • Contribute to service development and policy.

 

About You

  • Registered Psychologist with AHPRA and endorsed in Clinical Neuropsychology.
  • Board-approved supervisor for Registrar and Higher Degree supervision.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with demonstrated leadership and governance capabilities.
  • Skilled in consultation, conflict resolution, and influencing across diverse teams.
