About the role
As the Quality Partner within Radiology you will work in close partnership with the Radiology Operations group and their clinical teams to embed robust clinical governance, drive continuous improvement and enhance patient safety.
Reporting to the Quality Manager - Program Clinical Governance, and working alongside a Senior Quality Improvement Partner, this role is both strategic and hands-on, providing expert advice, analysing trends, supporting accreditation, and building local capability in quality improvement methods.
While Radiology is your primary portfolio, you’ll be part of a highly respected, collaborative Quality and Clinical Governance Unit, contributing to broader divisional and organisational priorities when required.
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborating with Radiology leaders to identify, prioritise and deliver meaningful quality and safety improvements.
- Supporting accreditation and regulatory requirements
- Analysing clinical data, incident reviews and outcome variance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Providing assurance through high-quality governance processes, reporting and committee support
- Building capability in simple, practical improvement methodologies across clinical teams
- Supporting development and maintenance of quality boards, policies, procedures and risk registers
- Contributing to a culture of learning, just culture principles and continuous improvement
About you
You are a confident, collaborative professional with a strong grounding in healthcare quality and governance, ideally within radiology. You combine analytical strength with exceptional communication skills and are comfortable influencing at all levels of the organisation.
You bring:
- Extensive experience in healthcare quality, safety or clinical governance
- Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks
- Experience with incident review, accreditation and quality improvement methodologies
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to safer care
