About the Role
We’re expanding!
Join our team as the Recruitment Coordinator on a part time ongoing basis, reporting to the Team Leader, Recruitment Services and being part of Talent Acquisition, and the broader People & Engagement team.
The main focus of this administration role is to manage high volume compliance requirements for new and existing employees to Monash Health. This will include Police Checks, Working with Children Checks, Right to Work checks and other compliance requirements as needed.
Utilising multiple systems (including SAP SuccessFactors), you will ensure candidate personal details are handled with exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality. In addition, you may have the opportunity to be involved in other recruitment processes such as advertising, contracts of employment and on boarding.

To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:
- Proficient written and verbal interpersonal communication
- Intermediate level of software skills
- Ability to work under considerable volumes, with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Team-minded, flexible approach
- Ability to prioritise to meet business needs
- Experience working with SuccessFactors advantageous
