About the Role
We’re expanding!
Join our team on a part time ongoing basis and be part of Talent Acquisition, and the broader People & Engagement team. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Recruitment Services Specialist main focus will be to manage the compliance requirements for new employees to Monash Health. This will include Police Checks, Working with Children Checks, Right to Work checks and other compliance requirements as needed. The role will also include recruitment tasks, supporting hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment life cycle. Being the first point of contact for relevant recruitment enquiries, and utilising multiple systems (including SAP SuccessFactors), your responsibilities will include formatting and processing advertising requests, ensuring all mandatory compliance are checked to meet relevant right to work, probity and qualification requirements, generating employment contracts and onboarding. In addition, the Recruitment Services Specialist also coordinates the annual Year 10 Work Experience program across Monash Health.

- Proficient written and verbal interpersonal communication
- Intermediate level of software skills
- Ability to work under considerable volumes, with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Team-minded, flexible approach
- Ability to prioritise to meet business needs
- Experience working with SuccessFactors advantageous
