About the Role

As a Registered Midwife, you'll provide evidence-based care across pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period within a busy tertiary environment. You'll be part of a collaborative team committed to clinical excellence, culturally safe care, and ongoing professional development.

Positions are available on a rotating roster (all shifts), with night duty options available.

Located in Clayton, Monash Medical Centre is a major tertiary referral hospital providing specialist maternity services, including:

  • High-risk pregnancy and tertiary birthing care
  • Neonatal intensive care
  • Fetal medicine and multidisciplinary specialist clinics

About You

You are a Registered Midwife with:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Recent maternity experience
  • An interest in high-risk or tertiary maternity care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to woman-centred, culturally safe practice
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster
