Multiple Ongoing Full Time and Part Time Opportunities

 

At Monash Health, we provide critical care across the lifespan to communities throughout Victoria's South East, supported by advanced technology, a complex case mix and some of the most skilled ICU clinicians in the state.

 

As our critical care services continue to grow, we are seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses to join our highly regarded ICU Program. We currently have multiple ongoing full-time and part-time opportunities available across Monash Medical Centre Clayton and Dandenong Hospital.

 

About the Role

As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will play an integral role in delivering evidence-based, patient and family-centred care within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Working alongside highly skilled multidisciplinary teams, you will care for patients with complex and diverse critical care needs while continuing to develop and strengthen your specialist ICU expertise. Our ICUs operate collaboratively as one Program, providing opportunities to broaden your clinical experience, contribute to service excellence and build a rewarding long-term career in critical care nursing.

 

About Us

 

Monash Medical Centre Clayton is a 27-bed tertiary referral Intensive Care Unit specialising in Neurosurgery, Neurology, Obstetrics, General Medicine and Surgery, admitting more than 1,900 patients each year.

 

Dandenong Hospital ICU is a 14-bed unit caring for patients across Colorectal, General Surgery, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastics, Vascular Surgery and General Medicine, offering a diverse and rewarding critical care experience.

 

Together, our ICUs provide an exceptional environment for nurses seeking exposure to a broad range of specialty areas while working within one of Victoria's leading Critical Care Programs.

 

About You

 

We are looking for Critical Care Registered Nurses who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and are passionate about evidence-based, patient and family-centred care.

 

To be successful, you will have:

 

  • A postgraduate qualification in Critical Care (required)
  • Current critical care clinical experience (highly regarded)
  • A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
