About the Role : 

 

We have an exciting opportunity to Join Monash Health Hospital in the Home Monash Sector (Moorabbin / Clayton Campus)  

  • Permanent Part Time Position 0.7 EFT available   

  • Fixed Part Time Position 0.8 EFT available from 27.10.25 till 25.10.26 (Maternity Leave cover)

 

 

About Us :

Adult Hospital in the Home (HITH) is the provision of acute care to public hospital patients who have their treatment continued in the comfort of their own home. This is an alternative to an inpatient stay.  

Hospital in the home provides a holistic and individualised approach to its patients. All patient care provided aims to meet the needs of the patient and their families. The case mix of patients include conditions from a medical, surgical and oncology/haematology background. We also deliver chemotherapy treatment.  

   

About you :

As an experienced RN with minimum 5 years of Acute Hospital experience, you will be working closely with the site HITH coordinator to support the operational planning and delivery of patient care in clinics and in a community setting. You will have demonstrated skills in an acute setting as well as desirable experience in chemotherapy, complex wound management, ED or ICU.  

With your excellent communication skills and caring manner, you will be happy driving to patients home to provide outstanding care. Full drivers licence is essential for this role.

What you need : 

  • Current AHPRA registration;  
  • Proven clinical experience;  
  • Relevant working visa;  
  • Relevant qualifications; and  
  • Full Drivers Licence.  
  • Police Check  
  • Working with children’s check
