About the Role

Our service requires experienced and passionate Registered Nurses to join our supportive team!

Monash at Home Aged and Rehabilitation Care (ARC) is seeking enthusiastic and committed nurses for ongoing part-time positions, working on a Monday to Sunday roster (no night shifts!).

Monash at Home ARC is a progressive, multi-disciplinary service providing subacute-equivalent and rehabilitation care beyond the traditional hospital walls via a bed-substitution and Emergency Department-diversion model. Our patients receive care in their own home.

In this role, you will deliver direct subacute-level nursing care for a diverse group of patients, including medical, surgical, pre/post-operative, geriatric/GEM, and rehabilitation specialties. You’ll work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure exceptional, patient-centred care and outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who enjoys a fast-paced, autonomous clinical role with the support of a collaborative team.

  • Excellent clinical, time management, and communication skills.
  • A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to care.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Current Driver’s Licence (no restrictions).
  • A current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • COVID-19 and influenza vaccination compliance (in line with current health requirements).
  • Experience in cannulation, CVAD devices, IDC, SPC, and complex wound care highly desirable.
  • Clinical experience in community care and/or acute medical/surgical services.
  • Experience working with patients with multiple comorbidities and complex needs.

What We Offer

  • Access to Monash Health learning portals to further expand your acute clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Mentorship and career guidance, with support to attend relevant forums and conferences.
  • A supportive learning environment if you wish to pursue postgraduate studies.
  • A sense of job satisfaction knowing you’re providing holistic care in a patient’s home.

In addition, you will have access to benefits including:

  • Salary packaging to increase your take-home pay.
