About the Role:
Join our team as an Registered Nurse, to work Monash Newborn at Monash Children’s Hospital ,Clayton. We have a number of opportunities, full and part time - ongoing, across a 24/7 rotational roster

About Us
Monash Newborn, situated in the Monash Children’s hospital, is a 64 bed medical and surgical neonatal unit, with a reputation for delivering outstanding family centred care to neonates. Monash Newborn operates as a single unit with 2 Nurse Managers who look after the daily operations and staff management across Sunbird and Kingfisher teams.
About You:
To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge.
You are a Registered nurse with a positive attitude who loves to laugh and enjoys working with likeminded employees. You share this passion with your patient's families, and support them through such a challenging time when it should be, the most joyful experience in their family life.
You are driven and look forward to growing your career with the support of amazing mentors and educators within our highly skilled broader team.
You need:
- You can demonstrate 12 months recent acute nursing experience
- You are willing to work full or part time across a seven day rotating roster including night shifts during your studies
- Willingness to learn and participate in education, including commencing a Post Graduate Qualification in Neonatal Nursing – SCN or NICU.
