About Monash Newborn
Located within Monash Children’s Hospital, Monash Newborn is a 60-bed medical and surgical neonatal unit renowned for outstanding family-centred care.
Our team is connected by a shared commitment to excellence, compassion and advocacy. We believe in supporting not only our patients, but their families, through what can be one of the most challenging and emotional times of their lives.
Is this you?
You’re a Registered Nurse with recent acute nursing experience who:
- Brings enthusiasm, positivity and accountability to your practice.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Communicates with compassion and confidence.
- Is passionate about caring for newborns and supporting their families.
- Is motivated to develop your neonatal nursing skills and knowledge.
- Values education, mentorship and lifelong learning.
- Is willing to work full-time or part-time across a seven-day rotating roster, including night shifts, while undertaking your studies.
- Is willing to commence a Postgraduate Qualification in Neonatal Nursing – SCN or NICU.
