About the Role
Our service requires experienced nurses to join our homely team!
Monash At Home Aged and Rehabilitation Care (ARC) are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and dedicated Registered Nurse for an ongoing Part Time position (.8EFT) to work within a Monday to Sunday roster, no night shift!
Monash At Home ARC is a progressive, multi-disciplinary team providing subacute-equivalent and rehabilitation care beyond the traditional hospital walls via a bed-substitution and Emergency Department-diversion model. Our patients are cared for in their home.
You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and Clinical Coordinators to coordinate patient care, problem solving issues proactively to ensure an exceptional patient experience. In this role you will provide direct subacute level care for a diverse clinical cohort across medical, surgical, pre/post-operative, geriatric/GEM, and rehabilitation specialties.
You will be joining a professional and highly motivated group of nurses, committed to growing a service like no other. The perfect opportunity for a senior nurse who enjoys a fast paced, autonomous clinical role.
About You
As a Registered Nurse you bring along knowledge and resilience or you may have strong motivation and genuine curiosity to take on further knowledge and studies as you start your career within this area of nursing. Whether you are a Nurse within an acute/critical care setting or an experinced community Nurse you will bring your flexibility, adaptability and passion for caring for our patients in a home setting. Being a team player is what you do, ensuring a collaborative and team based approach to problem solve and enhance the service.
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skill set, along with a high standard of customer service. You will be passionate about improving practice and processes, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a real commitment to assisting patients receive exceptional care at home every day.

- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Bringing your dedication to safe practice & delivery of quality care, we are also looking for you to have:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Driver's Licence (no restrictions)
- Experience within cannulation/CVAD devices, IDC, SPC, complex wound care management highly desirable
