Join Monash at Home – Aged and Rehabilitation Care (ARC), a progressive multidisciplinary service delivering subacute and rehabilitation care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Through an innovative hospital substitution and emergency department diversion model, ARC supports recovery, promotes independence, and helps patients avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our supportive team in a Fixed Term Capacity, we are open to both Full Time and Part Time (minimum .6EFT) applicants, working across a Monday to Sunday roster with no night shifts. These are Maternity leave replacement positions available until April 2027 and August 2027.
In this autonomous and varied role, you will:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in patients' homes.

Undertake clinical assessments, monitoring and care coordination.

Work collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health professionals.

Utilise advanced clinical judgement and problem-solving skills in a community setting.
In this role you will provide direct Hospital level care for a diverse clinical cohort across medical, surgical, pre/post-operative, geriatric/GEM, and rehabilitation specialties. Our patients are cared for in their home.
About You
You are a flexible, adaptable and clinically confident Registered Nurse who enjoys working autonomously while remaining connected to a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Whether your experience is in acute, critical care or community nursing, you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and improving outcomes.
To thrive in this role, you will possess;

Experience within cannulation/CVAD devices, IDC, SPC, complex wound care management, highly desirable

Substantial Nursing experience post Graduate Year – essential

Critical Care trained Registered Nurses – highly regarded
