The Monash Cardiovascular Research Centre (MCRC) is a self-funding, independent research group based within the VHH.
Research Business Administration Officer, Victorian Heart Hospital
We are looking for an enthusiastic Research Business Administration Officer to provide business administration support to the research activities of the Clinical Trials team at the VHH. A key function of this role is to assist the Clinical Trials and Research Manager with invoicing and financial management of clinical trial activities performed at the Victorian Heart Hospital.
We are a busy and expanding research unit participating in an increasing number of major international, multi-centre clinical trials, including first in human studies and investigator driven research and are at the forefront of cardiovascular research.

About You
As an organised person who takes pride in their work and enjoys working collaboratively across a supportive team. To ensure your success in this role, you will have following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

Administration/business qualification or equivalent experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer literacy including strong skills within the Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Familiarity with SiteDocs Is desirable but not essential
