About The Opportunity
Are you a leader driven by implementing best practice emergency care to improve health service delivery and patient outcomes? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead our MRFF Funded Project: Implementation Research to Improve Outcomes in Primary Spontaneous Pneumothorax (iIMPROVE PSP). This a 5-year project.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

Manage research and engagement projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.

Lead qualitative and quantitative research, manage project partners, and drive stakeholder engagement.

Develop and deliver influential presentations and publications, in collaboration with our Chief Investigators.

Design and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to amplify project impact.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
-
Support other Emergency Care research activities and contribute to strategic planning.

Directly supervise and manage a small project team.
About You
To succeed in this role you’ll bring:

Postgraduate qualifications and comprehensive project management experience.
-
Proven ability to lead projects with autonomy and manage complex issues.
-
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience in leading national initiatives.
-
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
-
Demonstrated ability in academic writing including translation reports
