Provide specialist psychosocial assessments for children referred to the PTGH program

Support children, families and carers through the referral and diagnostic process
-
Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning
-
Liaise with Child Protection, healthcare providers and community services
-
Advocate for children and support access to appropriate services
-
A Bachelor or Master of Social Work and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers

Significant experience in child and family or paediatric settings
-
Experience supporting children with developmental or behavioural challenges
-
Knowledge of Child Protection and out-of-home care systems

Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
