You are a strategic thinker with deep experience in planning and implementation across complex health systems. Your ability to interpret complex data and distil it into actionable insights sets you apart. With exceptional communication skills, you engage confidently across all levels, from frontline teams to executive leadership, bringing clarity, influence, and impact. 

 

About the Role
As a Senior Partner in the Strategy & Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring organisation delivery against Monash Health Strategy and Clinical Services Plan. Reporting to the Director Strategy & Planning, you will lead high-priority strategic initiatives, translate strategic intent into practical action, and support the development of key organisational plans. This is a full time 12 month fixed term position.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving strategic and service planning initiatives aligned with Monash Health’s priorities
  • Supporting the delivery of the Monash Health Strategy and Clinical Services Plan
  • Facilitating workshops and strategic discussions to generate insights and guide decision-making
  • Establishing systems and processes that enable effective delivery of organisational objectives
  • Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment

  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, with a knack for simplifying complexity
  • Commercial acumen and a balanced approach to strategy, operations, and financial sustainability
  • Deep expertise in health service environments and models of care
