About the Role

As a senior member of the Transformation and Reform team, the Senior Partner will support the delivery of Transformation activities and contribute to the overall portfolio of the division. 

Working closely with the Director Transformation and Reform, Executive Directors, General Managers and Program Directors you will provide initiative leadership, structure and discipline to support the senior leaders to deliver transformation initiatives in alignment with organisational priorities and the implementation of Monash Health’s Strategic Plan. 

As a Senior Trasnformation Partner, you will play a key role in designing and driving improvement activity in partnership with senior operational leaders, facilitating the planning and implementation of new improvement initiatives, tracking and managing high-level project risks, timelines, deliverables and budget. 

 

About You

Your Contribution:

  • Experience and credentials in project management, process improvement or equivalent 

  • Significant demonstrated experience in process/continuous improvement 

  • Significant demonstrated experience in improvement coaching and training 

  • Data literate, with advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis skills  

  • Proficiency with root cause analysis tools such as process mapping, fishbone and 5 Why 

  • Proficiency in Office 365 including SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Forms, Outlook, PowerBI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio 

  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Experience in healthcare, improvement, or analytics desirable
