We are thrilled to announce a permanent full-time opportunity for a suitably qualified Registered Nurse to join the Secure Extended Care Unit (SECU) team in the role of Service Manager.

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced mental health clinician to step into a leadership position, providing both clinical and operational oversight in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SECU staff in delivering high-quality, collaborative, and respectful care.
• Manage bed flow, referrals, and stakeholder engagement across internal and external networks.
• Oversee human, financial, administrative, and facility resources within SECU.
• Coordinate planning, service provision, and evaluation of SECU operations.
• Ensure complaints and incidents are investigated and managed in accordance with Monash Health policies and procedures.
