About the Role
This is a Full-time Ongoing Leadership Position.
The Site Administration Supervisor role, is an integral leadership role, responsible for organising and overseeing the day-to-day activities of Monash Health Imaging at a site level. Key to this role is ensuring compliance of administration processes and procedures to provide consistent outcomes for the delivery of imaging services. This leadership role, involves managing and mentoring a large sized administrative team based mainly at Monash Medical Centre Clayton, to ensure competencies are met and data entry is accurate as well as co-ordinate the overall administration function including implement service-wide initiatives and workflow procedures.
Key duties and responsibilities include:

Working in a rostered in a service delivery position

Managing daily administration operational requirements
-
Maintaining the site administration roster
-
Providing collaborative support to the Imaging Network Administration Manager and Site Chief MIT
-
Mentoring and coaching administration staff to assist with their learning
-
Conducting Performance enhancements for administration staff
-
Working in collaboration with the senior network administration leadership team for staff recruitment
About You
As an experienced Administrative Supervisor, you are passionate, lead by example and take pride in working collaboratively across a multidisciplinary team to oversee the day-to-day activities of your team in the delivery of the best imaging and interventional radiology services for our community. To ensure your success in this role, you will have following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

Nationally recognised qualification in administration and/or office management and/or demonstrated experience in office management (preference Health-related industry).

Extensive vocational experience in office administration and/or office management
-
Outstanding communication skills to engage with, build and mentor and team
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information
-
Professional customer-oriented mindset
-
Exceptional attention to maintain financial accountability
-
Sound knowledge and use of computer skills including information systems, MS Office, specialised applications and /or in-house systems

Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing situations readily

Strong team player attributes

Open to ongoing leaning and share skills and knowledge with team

Inspiring lead motivated to ensure a positive team environment
