About the Role
The Sites Operations Manager is a critical role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Monash Health’s facilities. This position is pivotal in maintaining the safety, compliance, and efficiency of our buildings and systems, directly impacting the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize facility operations and maintenance.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure the safety and security of our facilities and staff.
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate facility improvement projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical staff, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
