We’re hiring a Senior Clinician Speech Pathologist (Grade 3) - a brand-new, part-time ongoing leadership role (0.8 EFT / 60.8 hours per fortnight) at Monash Health.

About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead aged care speech pathology across multiple Monash Health sites
- Mentor and support staff and students
- Deliver evidence-based care and champion innovation
- Be a key player in service redesign and transformation
You Bring:
- 7+ years’ clinical experience + CPSP eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, or recognised equivalent - including overseas-qualified speech pathologists who meet Speech Pathology Australia’s recent recognition or competency requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for speech pathology and continuous improvement
- Excitement to shape a new role and make your mark
