We’re hiring a Senior Clinician Speech Pathologist (Grade 3) - a brand-new, part-time ongoing leadership role (0.8 EFT / 60.8 hours per fortnight) at Monash Health.

About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead aged care speech pathology across multiple Monash Health sites
  • Mentor and support staff and students
  • Deliver evidence-based care and champion innovation
  • Be a key player in service redesign and transformation

 

You Bring:

  • 7+ years’ clinical experience + CPSP eligibility
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, or recognised equivalent - including overseas-qualified speech pathologists who meet Speech Pathology Australia’s recent recognition or competency requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for speech pathology and continuous improvement
  • Excitement to shape a new role and make your mark
