- Oversee the flow of referrals, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
- Assess eligibility for therapeutic interventions and counselling for victim survivors and affected family members.
- Evaluate suitability for services for children and young people displaying harmful sexual behaviours and their families.
- Embed robust risk assessment practices and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence in client care.
- Coordinate and manage SECASA’s After-Hours service for seamless support outside standard hours.
- Extensive professional experience supporting victim survivors and families impacted by sexual assault, family violence, and harmful sexual behaviours.
- Strong operational management skills, including team coordination and service delivery oversight.
