The Transformation & Reform team delivers on high priority organisational transformation and reform objectives, in alignment with Monash Health strategic priorities. The team utilises project management improvement methodology and/or change and engagement strategies to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.

 

As a member of the Transformation & Reform team, the Transformation Partner will support the delivery of the Transformation & Reform team work plan, often working with the support and leadership of a Senior Transformation Partner and in collaboration with other team members, Executives, General Managers, clinical leaders and frontline teams.  You will provide hands-on support and expertise to enable delivery of transformation and reform initiatives in alignment with organisational priorities and plans.

 

Key result areas 

  • To ensure that project and initiative deliverables are met, including objectives, scope, stakeholder expectations, timelines, quality, and reporting. 

  • To lead and drive change that improves patient outcomes, the efficiency and effectiveness of processes affecting service delivery, staff, and patients. 

  • To work with key stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities to make improvements that benefit Monash Health and demonstrate measurable change. 

  • To work closely with all team members as required to support the delivery of initiatives – this may include external stakeholders, vendors, executives, directors, managers, team leaders, and frontline staff. 

  • To utilise relevant data systems and analysis to make evidence-based decisions. 

  • To manage multiple initiatives concurrently and be able to prioritise work effectively. 

  • To monitor, report on, and evaluate initiatives using a variety of communication styles (formal reports, presentations). 

  • To complete work as requested by the Director of Transformation and Reform. 

 


Your Contribution

  • Relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification.  

  • Project management and/or change management certification.  

  • Certification in process redesign and/or improvement science is desirable. 

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting is desirable.
