About the Transformation & Reform Team  

The Transformation & Reform team delivers on high priority organisational transformation and reform objectives, in alignment with Monash Health strategic priorities. The team utilises project management improvement methodology and/or change and engagement strategies to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes. The team is led by a Director and is comprised of Senior Partners and Partners 

  

About the Role 

As a member of the Transformation & Reform team, the Transformation Partner will support the delivery of the Transformation & Reform team work plan, often working with the support and leadership of a Senior Transformation Partner. Working closely with other team members, Executives, General Managers, clinical leaders and frontline teams, you will provide advice and expertise to support and enable delivery of reform initiatives in alignment with organisational priorities and the implementation of Monash Health's Strategic Plan.
