About the Role 

The Monash Sector comprises of Monash Medical Centre, Monash Children’s Hospital, Moorabbin Hospital and the Victorian Heart Hospital but the successful applicant may be required to travel to the other sites.

In this role your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver specialised iPM packages/ modules
  • Provision of education and training including development of training material and reference documentation
  • Provide support and assistance to end users
  • Data testing with any system upgrade and /or modification

 

About You

  • Current experience and high-level competency using iPM
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm in training others
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of staff within Monash Health
  • An interest in data and data quality
  • High attention to detail
  • A positive approach to a frequently changing environment
  • Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher
  • A positive approach to a frequently changing environment
  • Ability to travel to other Monash Health sites (desirable Victorian driver’s license)
