About the Unit 

The Cranbourne CICC Dialysis unit is situated at Cranbourne Integrated Care Centre. We are a 12 chair unit which provides community haemodialysis service to the surrounding area. Opening hours are 0600 to midnight Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 0600-2000 Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. 

 

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join the Nephrology team at Cranbourne CICC. This role is a full time full time position with start and finishing time 06:00 hrs till 14:30hrs Monday to Friday.

The Administration Officer provides direct administrative support to the dialysis team and is responsible for administrative duties like data entry, stock ordering and coordinating, patient admission, discharge and transfer. Aslo some direct patient interaction required, delivering beverages and food and helping with moving patients into the unit, giving blankets and other minor patient activities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated productivity including initiative, good problem-solving skills, judgement and attention to detail Enthusiastic, compassionate & able to work collaboratively Demonstrated experience in an Administrative role.
