The Child and Family Program is comprised of numerous disciplines that focus on the assessment and delivery of child and family focused care. The program consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Dieticians, Exercise Physiologist, Podiatrists and Psychologists, Counsellor, Social Worker, Family Support worker and Community Development workers. The team is committed to working with communities, families and individuals who have poor health outcomes and to providing high quality, multidisciplinary programs which embrace child and family centred practice, evidence based practice and the Social Model of Health.
We are presently seeking a Grade 2 Paediatric Dietitian to join our team within the Child and Family Program. This is a Part-Time (19 hrs p/w or a Five day fornight) Parental leave cover until June 2025. Good learning position with good senior clinician support and a supportive team.
About the role
The Grade 2 Paediatric Dietitian will work within the community health directorate and will be required to provide an efficient, high-quality service across the region in various settings. You will function as a member of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, working closely with team members from the Child family program to promote an integrated and holistic service.
