About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Grade 2 Occupational Therapists to join the Cranbourne and Pakenham Community Rehabilitation teams! We currently have 2 positions available:
- Cranbourne based: Full Time (1 EFT), Fixed term position until October 2027
- Pakenham based: Full time (1 EFT), Fixed term position until February 2027
You will be working in a variety of specialisms including (but not limited to): Neurological, Orthopaedic, Cardiac, Pulmonary and General Rehabilitation. Working with a diverse range of clients, no two days will be the same! You will work alongside our talented Occupational Therapists as well as the wider interdisciplinary team delivering high quality home and centre-based therapy. About You
You’re an Occupational Therapist who enjoys variety, values teamwork and is passionate about helping people regain independence and get back to the things that matter to them. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and clinical presentations
- Bring strong clinical reasoning and a thoughtful, person-centred approach to care
- Are curious, proactive and keen to continue building your clinical skills
- Enjoy being part of an interdisciplinary team and learning from those around you
- Communicate with warmth and confidence with clients, families and colleagues
- Bring ideas to the table and are open to new ways of working
