About the Role:

Join our team as a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist on a full-time, fixed-term basis (parental leave cover) until July 2026, based within the Child and Family Program including Healthy Mothers and Healthy babies and School Readiness Program.

 

Working within the community health directorate, you will be required to provide an efficient, high-quality service across the region in various settings. You will function as a member of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, working closely with team members from the Child family program to promote an integrated and holistic service.

About Us:

The Child and Family Program is comprised of numerous disciplines that focus on the assessment and delivery of child and family focused care. The program consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Dieticians, Exercise Physiologist, Podiatrists and Psychologists, Counsellor, Social Worker, Family Support worker and Community Development workers. The team is committed to working with communities, families and individuals who have poor health outcomes and to providing high quality, multidisciplinary programs which embrace child and family centred practice, evidence based practice and the Social Model of Health.
