About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and patient-centred nurse who is passionate about delivering high‑quality haemodialysis care. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting clinical excellence, fostering teamwork, and contributing to the ongoing growth and development of our service.

Are you an experienced dialysis nurse ready to take the next step in your career? Our Cranbourne Satellite Dialysis Unit is seeking a dedicated Senior Nurse to join our dynamic and supportive team.
About Us :
Cranbourne Dialysis is a 12 bed unit which provides Satellite Dialysis Services to the community for Monash Health.
- Opening hours from 0600 to midnight Mondays Wednesday Friday and 0600 to 2000 Tuesday Thursday Saturdays
About You:
You are a passionate and experienced nursing leader who brings
- 3+ years of haemodialysis experience
- A strong patient‑centred approach to care
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- A desire for career advancement in a leadership or senior clinical role
- Commitment to safe, high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing practice
