About the Role
This Full time ongoing position is open to Registered Nurses with a working history in Mental Health. It provides an excellent opportunity in Case Management. Drawing on your knowledge in mental health legislation and policy, as well as your Mental Health clinical experience and skills, you will undertake a patient caseload and partake in daily team functions including the duty role, multi-agency liaison and crisis management. Your contact with clients will be at our sites, as well as in their own accommodation.

The Casey Area Mental Health Service is led by an innovative and supportive leadership team seeking to provide an innovative and recovery based model of mental health care that will continue to develop with our growing community in the South East growth corridor. Teams are based in both inpatient and community sites offering collaborative care to clients experiencing mental health difficulties within our area.
Cranbourne Community Mental Health Team provides an effective and comprehensive service to the Monash Adult Mental Health Program. The team work across Monday to Sunday 830-5pm.
The team provide comprehensive treatment and support to individuals experiencing complex mental health problems, at all times striving to deliver high quality recovery-focused client care as a multi discipline team. Our aim is to promote self-efficacy and independence, and social inclusion with all the individuals we support.
About You:
To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:
- Relevant qualifications (aligned to position description)
- Demonstrated experience
- Current practicing registration
- Include any other mandatory/required skills or licences
- Australian working rights
