About the Role
We have three positions currently available for a Registered Nurse with experience in Mental Health.
- Part-Time Ongoing Position for an RPN Grade 3 0.63 EFT
- Full-Time Ongoing position for an PRN Grade 3 1 EFT
- Part-Time Parental leave replacement RPN Grade 3 0.95 EFT until January 2027

In this role, you will:
- Manage a caseload of clients, providing recovery-focused care.
- Participate in daily team functions including duty roles, crisis management, and multi-agency liaison.
- Deliver care both onsite and in clients’ homes.
- Apply your knowledge of mental health legislation, policy, and clinical expertise.
About Us
The Casey Area Mental Health Service is led by a dynamic and supportive leadership team committed to delivering innovative, recovery-oriented care. We serve the growing South East corridor through both inpatient and community-based services.
The Cranbourne Community Mental Health Team operates Monday to Sunday, 8:30am–5:00pm, providing comprehensive support to adults with complex mental health needs. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to promoting independence, self-efficacy, and social inclusion.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Relevant qualifications and current registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing.
- Knowledge of mental health legislation and recovery-focused care.
- Australian working rights.
