About the Role
Monash Health Aged Service is excited to announce a new Administration Support Officer, full-time within our Community Support Options (CSO) program. This role will:

Support clinical staff in delivering client-centred practices for vulnerable Victorians.

Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to prevent or delay clients entering into residential care.
-
Provide administrative coordination to help enhance our clinical support.
About our Community Support Options program at Monash Health Aged Services
Community Support Options (CSO) is a dynamic and growing program that provides various supports to people in our community to help prevent or delay the need for long-term residential care. Our administration staff provide support and assistance to Community Support Option's core business functions. Their role is to help facilitate support to our case managers, which assists our clients in continuing to live in the community through access to appropriate and sustainable services.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced administration worker to join our team of like-minded professionals and make a difference in the lives of their clients. This is a full-time ongoing role, working across all of the Monash Health catchments. The role is primarily based at Springvale and is key in facilitating our staff's distributed and remote working model. The role will focus on rolling out growth funding in our CHSP and Home Care Package (HCP) programs, along with transitioning to The Support At Home Program.
About You
You are a suitably qualified and experienced administration worker with a high level of use and experience with The Client Manager (TCM) system. You are efficient, proactive, and solution-focused. You have excellent communication skills. You might have a history of working with supporting Case Managers, Home Care Packages, or the Commonwealth Home Support Program. You may have a work history in an intake and/or client-facing role or providing direct support to clinicians. If one of the above summarises your work history, this may be the role for you. You are robust and understand the challenges you may face however this gives you the drive to succeed.

What You Need:

High level of communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications

Experience in a healthcare setting

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Willingness to undertake a Victorian Police Check
-
Willingness to undertake a Working with Children’sCheck.
