Our Journey
The Aged and Community Care (ACC) Program provides an interdisciplinary service to support older people in the community. The program aims to keep the client independent within their community, proactively promoting health, independence, and self-management whilst assisting with timely interventions to prevent deterioration of the condition, and admission to hospital or residential care.
A Day in the Life
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join the Aged and Community Care Program. This role is open to part time or full time applicants, fixed term till June 2025. Drawing upon professional expertise in healthcare administration, the Administration Officer provides direct administrative support to the Aged and Community Care multidisciplinary team and Program Manager/Team Leaders to ensure the delivery of timely client-centered care. This position is responsible for administrative duties, data entry, and flow of information within the program. The Administration Officer participates in process and quality improvement activities within the team and larger Aged and Community Care Program.

Enthusiastic, compassionate & able to work collaboratively
What you need:

Certificate III/ Diploma Business Administration or equivalent training or demonstrated experience in a similar role

Well-developed interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills within a broad range of administration and organisational interactions.
